Chickens that are fed diets high in nutrients have higher nutritional value, and birds from heritage breeds have higher nutritional value because they have to live a lot longer to produce a breast of the same marketable size. What you get out of chicken is what you put in, just like anything else.

It first depends on if the chicken breast is skinless or not. If it is a bone-in, with skin chicken breast it contains more fat than one that is boneless and skinless.
