The name of the song is called "Azure Rose" by the band Numeriklab. It was made commercial earlier this year on the NCIS official soundtrack album which can be purchased digitally from iTunes or in CD format from Amazon. The American industrial metal band Ministry has also released a remix of the soundtrack.

The theme to NCIS was recorded by Numeriklab. The version played in the series and a remixed version can be found on the official NCIS soundtrack. You can find the soundtrack on Amazon and it includes many other songs from the movie. Including Cote de Pablo's rendition of Temptation from the beginning of season six.

It was actually made specifically for NCIS so its name is the NCIS theme song. It was recorded by and has been the opening theme for every season of the show.
