What is the legal definition of "voluntary"?

Done or undertaken of one's own free will without constraint or expectation of reward. Voluntary is self-defining if you apply common sense. Legally, it's hard to prove you acted involuntarily.

The legal definition is no doubt the same as the dictionary definition, which "done, made, brought about, undertaken, etc. , of one's own accord or by free choice. " This means that there was no exchange of money, no coercion, at least none that is obvious. "Voluntary" is an adjective. "Voluntarily" is an adverb.
