The legal age to enter into a contract is recognized as 18 by nearly all courts. The only things that people under 18 can enter into contracts for are necessities. Note that this doesn't mean someone under 18 can't enter into a contract; it simply means that the contract won't be enforceable.

The legal age to enter into a contract is the age of majority: eighteen. If a minor needs or desires to enter into a contract, that contract must be executed by his/her parent or legal guardian.

The age of majority, which is 18 in most states, although emancipated minors can contract regardless (and contracts for necessities are often enforceable no matter how old the signer is).

Generally speaking age eighteen is the acceptable age for a legally binding contract, there are some exceptions which vary from location to location and state to state.

In most states you must be 18 years old to enter into a legal contract. If you are under the age of 18 you must either be emancipated or your guardain must agree to the contract for you.

The right age for one to enter into a contract is the age of majority; I'm not positive if it applies to all countries, but that applies for mine I guess.

The legal age to enter a contract in most states is 18 years old. In some states and for some types of contracts, like car rentals, you must be 21.
