Currently the PSP has a 16GB memory card limit to match the current PSP GO system which currently is only made with a 16GB flash memory. Sony upgrades the limit through firmware everytime a new memory card is available to be used

The maximum limit for the memory stick pro duo is 32gb. The maximum storage capacity of the memory stick (the big original one, not the ms duo) is 128gb instead.

The PSP can support any Sony SD card up to 16GB but if you're using a homebrew program it can support up to 32GB.

Currently the limit should be 32 gigs, but I also heard that their will be work on a 64 GB model memory stick for the PSP. Though I am not completely certain of this. Though the largest size that you are going to find commonly is 8 GB. There are some people that say they have 18 GB.
