A team leader has more responsibilities than the associate or standard hourly employee. They should have some supervisory ability and technical knowledge of the industry they are in.

A leader will mentor and coach them to excel on their strongest qualities in order for to reach thier fullest potential. A leader does not only think about themselves, but those who follow him.
