You should be able to take both; however, it is up to the prescribing physician(s) to make that determination. If you are using two different doctors, make sure both know what the other is prescribing for you. It's a good idea to use the same pharmacy so that possible drug interactions are always known.

There is no known drug interaction between prednisone (Corticosteroid) and albuterol, ( A bronchodilator), however it is always recommended that you should consult with your physician before you start your medication

Predisone is a sterioid used for things like severe allergic reactions. Albuterol is a medicine to clear your airways. These two medicines can work together for things like asthma to reduce inflammation and help a person to breathe easier.
