Rabbits carry their babies anywhere from 28 to 34 days. Most rabbits deliver their young at 30 to 31 days. Have a box ready with straw, thats not too tall that the mother can get in easily. The mother will pull her fur to add to it.

It takes thirty one days from the time the rabbit breeds to the time it has its litter. The gestational period is from twenty eight to thirty one days. A female rabbit can become pregnant the very same day she gives birth. Babies should be weaned around 6-8 weeks old.

After female rabbits become pregnant, their gestation perion is about a month long. After a month the babies will be born and are called kits. They are born with no fur and their eyes are closed until they are older.
