The Nucleus is a membrane covered organelle that serves as the central point of the cell. Called the eye of the cell it is more of a brain than an eye. The nucleus is comprised of most of the genetic material for the cell itself. Overall the cell cannot function without the nucleus.

The nucleolus of a cell is found in the nucleus of a cell. It is the part of the cell that creates structures called ribosomes. Ribosomes are the parts of a cell that help to make proteins that our bodies need to function properly. If the nucleolus does not function properly, then the cells can mutate causing various diseases.
