The final stages of Alzheimer's is hard to watch. The patient may sleep all the time in a fetal position. He may need a feeding tube because he can't eat. He really knows nothing.

This is most common cause of dementia, occuring mostly after 45 years. Patient goes into depression and he may become aggressive while other previous symptoms become more worse. Patient needs assistance for daily needs.Speech may get lost or speech ability may remain only for a few words. Development of joint deformities may occur. Neurological reflex changes occur at this stage.

The last stage of Alzheimer disease lose of their ability to respond to people and the won't be able to control their movement, they may still say things but will need help with pretty much of their daily living, their swallowing may become impaired. i hope this helps.

it is a progressive form of dementia,occurring in middle age,for which there is no treatment.it is associated with diffuse degeneration of brain. it is fatal
