Depends on how well it was brought up. If the cat was very fat it whole life, not very long. If it was raised fairly healthy and well fed,. They can live from anywhere from 16 years to possibly 20.

Cats living indoors and well cared for may live between 15 and 18 years. This assumes they have adequate medical attention. Some may live 20 years or longer. Cats in the wild have a much shorter lifespan. They may live for only 3 years, because of a harsher lifestyle.
