What is the difference between white wine vinegar and the white cooking wine vinegar that Resse makes?

I have noticed that Resse makes a product called white "cooking" wine vinegar. How is that different from regular white wine vinegar?

It is never a good idea to use a wine labeled cooking wine. The usually taste nothing like wine and are very salty. Use a normal white wine that you like to drink. If you won't drink it don't cook with it.
