Animal cells are generally more complicated than plant cells. Though plant cells have a cell wall a membrane the surrounds the entire cell. An animal cell does not contain this cell wall. There are not many differences but a good bet is that a plant cell is going to be green because of the chloroplasts.

Plant cells have a cell wall, whereas animal cells do not. A plant cell has a vacuole. Plant cells contain chloroplasts. Animal cells have lysisomes. Animal cells have centrisomes in place of a vacuole.
