Latina is the broader term. Latina is often applied to anyone from Latin America, the Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries of Central and South America. Chicana is a term for Mexican-Americans or people of Mexican heritage. Latina is used very commonly, but for many Latinas it would be preferable for people to use the term for actual country of origin.

A Latina is any woman from a Latin culture, otherwise known as Hispanic. A Chicana is specifically someone who is Mexican, a woman who is USA born.
