The best possible help I can give would be to you would be that these are caused by baby diapers if not changed.

Cradle cap is a sever form of dandruff known as seborrheic dermatitis, and is not contagious. Impetigo is a skin infection caused by bacteria and is contagious.

This cradle cap is with the baby using diaper, when the diaper is not changed regularly leaving the child in it for hours together it causes some rashes to the baby. But the impetigo is the alergy which is inside the child and it spreads from other children and it is a virus which takes quite some time to cure.

Impetigo, also known as flesh-eating bacteria, is a very contagious bacterial infection that spreads by contact on the skin, what may begin as a small scratch will turn into a large scaly patch of skin. Cradle cap on the other hand looks like dry skin, much less severe and not contagious.
