Not sure there is a cure if the neuropathy is chemotherapy related due to the treatment of cancer. This results from nerve damage from the chemo and usually affects the legs and feet making them feel numb.

The cure for neuropathy is treatment of the underlying cause. Unfortunately this means treating conditions that may have no cure or do not have an underlying etiology. The symptoms can be managed, but require professional medical treatment because it varies based on symptoms.

There is no specific "cure" for neuropathy. There are treatments which can alleviate it's symptoms. These treatments can include anti-inflammatory medicines and physical therapy. Physical therapy is one of the most recommended treatments for this condition, since it allows muscles and nerves to interact with each other again, which leads to a remedy of the condition.

There is no cure for neuropathy at this time but there are medications that may help stabilise the condition such as pregabalin or lyrica. Stem cell research may help find a cure for neuropathy by regeneration of nerve cells called neurons. Controlling conditions such as diabetes that cause neuropathy may help prevent neuropathy.

Neuropathy is not typically cured by medications, only treated by them. Doctors look for the origin of neuropathy and attempt to cure it that way. They do this often with imaging tests, such at CT scans and MRI images.

Most neuropathies have no cure. Without knowing the kind of neuropathy being referred to, it is impossible to say a cure. While most types of neuropathy can't be cured, there are ways to relieve symptoms.

If your neuropathy is the result of diabetes your doctor can give you a prescription for neurontin or Lyrica to help control this pain. Keeping your blood sugar levels as low as possible also helps. Recently, benfotiamine, a synthetic derivative of B-1 has shown promising results in controlling it.

Unfortunately there is no cure for neuropathy. It is often associated with diabetes and if one controls their blood sugars that helps. Your doctor can help with the symptoms.
