Evoke the wirings, assemble the light fixture, mount the fixture (with screwed mounting plate), seal to make weatherproof and install bulbs and finally turn on the power.

turn the electric off first of all, get a pipe, screw the pipe to the wall and install light with screws on top of pipe.

make sure to turn off power befor dissasemble do you have the right size hole for your light bracket, install bracket and then connect wires then assemble outter fixture to your wall bracket clear silicone around the base will ensure no water will leak into your walls return power enjoy
