Corona virus in dogs is a gastrointestinal infection causing vomiting, nausea and bloody diarrhea. In cats corona virus causes Feline Infectious Peritonitis in about 5% of the cats who catch this highly contagious virus. Cats and dogs have different varieties of this virus. It is not contagious between the species.

There's a lot of affected animals that contains coronavirus. But most of them are dogs. Animals will suffer from diarrhea, vomiting and dehydration if they have this kind of virus. This is being transmitted when one animal ingests feces from another animal that has the virus. Until now there is no remedy for this virus but fluid therapy is needed.

Coronavirus is the leading cause of diarrhea in puppes. It is a viral infection that attacts cells in the intestines. Thankfully, coronvirus usually is not fatal. Because this is a virus there is not treatment. You need to keep your puppies immune system up and provide lots of fresh water.
