There are several over the counter remedies to treat hemorrhoids, the over the counter remedies are usually pads saturated with witch hazel. Often times the alcohol in the witch hazel makes hemorrhoids worse. Instead, apply an aloe vera gel that is made with one hundred percent aloe, and then coat with vitamin e oil.

Hemorrhoids is caused to those persons who has been suffering from long term constipation. An irritated, painful lump may cause due to external hemorrhoids. Stools are evicting with blood due to the internal hemorrhoids. The best way to treat this problem is taking natural fiber food items in our diet.
