Firsts be sure you have a good spcaious are to store the wood. Once you find the necessary space to accomodate all the wood you'll be storing pile the wood in layers, being sure they are sturdy and not going to fall.

Stack the wood in rows, however, you must be sure that each layer is rotated. By rotating the rows, it makes the stack sturdy. It's almost like a jigsaw puzzle.

I would start with a long row of logs for your bottom row. Space them closely together and evenly lined. For the next row, stack the logs in the space between 2 logs on the row beneath. Keep doing this for several rows and eventually you will end up with a pyramid stack.

To keep stacked wood dry, stack the wood on a pallet so that it is off the ground and alternate the direction of your rows.

Take the logs and cut them into about a foot and half long sections. Then chop them in fourths. From there find to trees about 6 feet apart and lay the logs next to each other between the trees and stack them as high as you like.

Try making space in the least used room of your house. Try to get solid blocks of wood instead of sticks of wood so the quantity of wood will be more. Use wooden boxes to carry the wood or anything you buy so that you can stack up those boxes also and use wood from those boxes suitably during winter.

Best way is to make small piles of wood and make sure that air flows through the each pile. It will keep the wood drier and ready to be burnt.

first you need to cut the wood then you need to keep firewood off the ground to so it will not mole and then you up to you put the cut in down and the round part on top and you stack 8ft wid and 8 ft long and that way your wood will not get wet and rot

Use support logs on the bottom. Use metal fence posts on the ends. Lay your 18" to 24" logs for burning perpendicular on the ground logs.
