What is the best way to repair a sun catcher?

You can try a great glue called Weld-Bond. I'd designed for hard-to-glue surfaces such as glass and plastic. I've had a lot of success with it gluing glass tiles.

Broken pieces can be repaired with cyanoacrylate glue, or 'super glue'. Threads or cords can be replaced by a smilar material or by nylon fishing line. Instead of tying all the little nots, you glue the pendants to the wire, with the sun catcher laying on a flat surface. Broken supports can be replaced by bamboo skewers.
