An acrylic scoring knife is the cheapest and easiest way to cut acrylic. You can also use a table saw or a blade saw if you have a special acrylic-cutting blade and attachments. There are also specialty shops that will cut the acrylic to your specifications.

Most acrylic can be cut using an acrylic specific table saw, or the old fashioned way of scoring the surface of the acrylic and then snapping it. Be sure if you are drilling acrylic the put a piece of tape over where the hole will be placed. This will prevent the tile from shattering.
