As with any young puppy the care and treatments are generally the same as with any other puppy. You want to make sure the puppy is safe, warm and dry, That it has adequate food and water and is seen by a veterianarian for all of his puppy care. Your first visit should be two to four weeks after birth.

Poms are no different to any other toy breed, start as you mean to go on, start training asap, classes are best as they are very bright little dogs,

A Pomeranian puppy will require extra love and care. Their coats are thick and long which can easily tangle and mat if not brushed in a backwards fashion. The eyes and teeth should be cleaned daily to avoid infection. Regular visits to a vet are required for general health.

Make sure you groom your puppy often to prevent matting in it's hair. Another thing you need to be careful about is the dog getting hurt. Make sure you know where the puppy is at all times because an accidental kick or nudge could really hurt a dog that small. If you have kids don't let them pull on it.
