They need access to clean water for feeding, swimming, playing and cleaning. Try using a hard kiddie for them to swim in. Avoid commercial duck foods, too.
The duck should be kept outside with a small pond or very large container of water to swim in and a good lawn area for finding food. Suppliment with feed.
