Try and be confident, look the person in the eye, be as non-threatening as possible, and just simply ask, "would you like to go out sometime. "

Do not show that you are nervous. Act with self confidence. It is not a big deal if you get turned down because there is always someone else available.

Don't be nervous. Be casual. Just ask them. Don't make a big deal out of it. Cause its not. It happens every day.

You have to act cool and confident, or he/she will probably say no. People are attracted to people with confidence, so if you seem like it's no big deal, they will probably say yes.
