What is the best method for a roof canal in a tooth that is a support for a bridge?

I want to know if they will drill through the porcelain crown or remove the bridge and then do the root canal.

Whatever option your dentist chooses to do is the best. He or she can do the root canal either way. Most likly he will remoove the bridge first.

The bridge will be removed if necessary to access the bad tooth. Your dentist can explain the procedure. Call his office if you have questions prior to the procedure.

The approach should be taken case-by-case. If cost wasn't a factor, the ideal treatment would be to remove the bridge, do the root canal treatment, and then determine the final restoration. Doing a root canal treatment without removing the crown increases the risk of fracture because it's hard to determine how much healthy tooth structure still remains under the crown.
