A combination of rabeprazole and either mosapride or itopride does work well. I'm sure there are combination pills depending on which country you live it.

The best medicine for acid reflux is prilosec OTC (over the counter). Follow the instructions on the box and if it doesn't work see your doctor.

Acid reflux are treated with antacid, PPI drugs for temporary and permanent relief repectively. Truth is it just hides acid reflux. Permanent cure is only through naturopathy and diet habbits.

I would say the best medication for Acid Reflux would be a PPI(Proton Pump Inhibitor). If you have tried and failed most of the OTC medications, you may have severe reflux. I would suggest using the Nexium or Aciphex. These are very popular drugs in that therapy class. They assist with healing your esophegus as well as treating GERD.
