Why do you think your cat has acid reflux? Cats have hairballs which they upchuck. That's Mother Nature's way of cleaning things out. It is possible your cat is allergic to something in one food. Try small bags of different foods, introducing each one gradually until you find the one.

When a cat pukes a hairball, you know it. There is hair present. When a cat pukes bile, that's acid reflux. We humans and all the animal kingdoms do suffer with the same disease as humans. In fact, Garthy1 had diabetes and I had to give him insulin twice daily.  add a comment

A cat shouldn't have acid reflux. This isn't normal for cats. Try feeding only dry food. Cats will sometimes eat too quickly and regurgitate their food whole. Consult a vet.

My "Garhy2" was diagnosed with acid reflux. Our pets suffer the same diseases as humans. My vet gave him pepcid ac. I have acid reflux, also, so I know the symptoms. I need to know what pet food works best :which low fat, low protein cat food works best? Thanks.  add a comment
