If you purchase your ticket online, you can pay 16 pounds, which currently is a little under $25 (USD). The price goes up a bit if you purchase at the Tower. The ticket also includes a couple of other activities beyond simple access to the Tower.

It is free if you have the London pass. For others, Normal Entry Price: Adult: £17.00 / Normal Entry Price: Child: £9.50. Have fun over there, and my advice will be to get the London pass.

According to the official site, it is Free if you have the London Pass. Otherwise here is the pricelist: Normal Entry Price: Adult: £17.00 / Normal Entry Price: Child: £9.50. If you are going to visit other attractions of London too, I advice you to get the Pass: you will gain free access to quite everything to see in London.
