Papa Syndrome is a genetically inherited condition which starts with arthritis in one's youth and progresses to joint problems, severe acne, and ulcers. It can be treated with antibiotics (for the acne) or with immunosuppressant therapy (for the arthritis). It is caused by a mutation in the proteins of Chromosome 15.
