Generally Normal thyroid range from blood is level of Thyroid Stimulating Hormone. Approximately. 5 to 5. 0 is normal range. Low means range of TSH is. 3 to 3.0. and also high means above 5. 0

There is no absolute best answer to your question since each laboratory uses its' own methodology, which results in its' own unique range of high, low and normal.
