To a remove a load bearing wall in a basement you must have a plan to support the above structure. This will probably mean that the wall will be replaced by columns. The columns should be put in place before removing the wall.

You must find a licensed contractor and make sure he pulls the proper permits prior to beginning the work. Once he starts, he needs to support the load the wall carries before the wall can be removed, which may include but is not limited to a lally column or appropriately sized beam.

we can use JCB to remove the load bearing wall in the basement without affecting any other part of the building.moreover,we can use driller machine.

You have to transfer the load that wall is bearing onto a horizontal beam supported by vertical posts or the weight the wall was supporting will fall.

A ton of work and money you need to get house jacks and depending on how long the wall is it will decide for you how many house jacks you need and when you set them make sure they are stable. You have to have them in place before you ever try taking the old wall out.
