Usually a motor mount cannot be repaired. What you have to do is replace the motor mount with a new one. It's cheaper to buy these at like Schucks or NAPA, as the dealer usually charges too much. Install the new motor mounts on the vehicle as opposed to trying to repair the old one.

Usually, the mount is replaced. Support the engine with a floor jack; use a piece of wood to keep from damaging the oil pan. Loosen the old mounting bolts, remove the old mounts, and replace with new. Transfer any covers to the new mount. Check the transmission mounts too.

You will have to disconnect the motor mounts from the vehicle. In order to do this you will have to support the motor, either with a motor support assembly or a jack underneath. locate which mount you wish to replace and simply unbolt it and replace with new mounts.

Depends on the type of car it is and the location. Most cars though will require you to support the engine with a jack stand underneath to hold the motor in the correct position while you loosen the mount and replace it.

The hardest thing is taking the weight of the motor off of them. Some cars you can just use a jack to take the weight off. Others need an engine-puller.
