making sure that it is nailed properly and that the plywood breaks even on studs, also make sure that the plywood is snug and tight so it will be even

Well basically to install hardwood, you have to make sure that your existing floor is scraped off. Then you want to clean the under side surfaces with alcohol. Then you also want to use sealer and apply hardwood accordingly. You have to apply one tile at a time in a upward fashion.

Well to install the hardwood floor, you need to install the tiles and then glaze them accordingly. You can do it with sealer.

Particle board is a poor subfloor to install hardwood over, it will not hold the nails and/or glue required to install the flooring. Think about a hardwood pattern vinyl tile.

The installation is the same whether the base is concrete or wood. first is a proper cleaning and smoothing of the base. the application of the cement. then particleboard. then the plywood.

You are basically going to need to cut perfectly. Also it is going to be easier on your back to sand the wood before you lay it. Then you can stain it.

You will either lay the wood down with an adhesive to attach it to the floor or you may have boards that snap together firmly to complete the floor.

If it's a floating floor, either glued together or clicklock, put down the foam underlayment and put the floor on top. If nailing, use aquabar underlayment and 2" staples.
