Shedds Spread contains a vegetable oil blend, water, whey (milk), salt, vegetable mono and diglycerides, soy lecithin, citric acid, artificial flavor, vitamin A, and beta carotene. Shedds Spread has only 7g Fat and 60 calories per serving, and no cholesterol. Compare that to butter which has 11g Fat and 100 calories per serving, with 30mg cholesterol.
