Hematospermia means blood in the ejaculate, or sperm. This may be either gross blood or microscopic. It is usually of unknown cause and harmless, but sometimes may be a sign of prostate infection, urethral stricture, or uretal damage after surgery. Sometimes treated with prostate massage and tetracycline.

This is blood in the sperm or ejaculate. It most often comes as a result of infection, like chlamidia. It can also happen as a result of cancer. It can also be the result of a prolonged sexual encounter or one that is particularly violent. It is not always a bad thing.

hematospermia is blood coming along the sperm either during cojucation of during masturbation. both are painful in terms which require immediate medical intervention

Hematospermia is blood in semen, can be caused by prostate biopsy, prostatitis, cancer or vasectomy. Its symptoms are unbearable pain and we will be frightened.
