What is hair putty? Hair putty is also known as hair pomade. It helps to mold the hair however you would like it styled, however, it also depends on the length of the hair. If your hair is shorter as in 2-4 inches, using the hair putty would mold the hair easier.

It is like a gel only its different because it looks like a paste or an epoxy and it has a strong hold on your hair.
