Hair putty is a thick bonding agent, like a solid gel that you would apply to your hair to hold it in the desired style. It is extremely thick but not as messy as you would think

Hair putty or wax is a very firm hold styling product. It usually comes in a stick or tub form, and it is thick so you don't need much.

hair putty is like a very strong gel or mousse but much stronger. It holds the hair in the style you put it in.
