What is causing me to have real bad leg pain?

There are so many causes for the leg pain. The leg pain also cause because of any factures or anything. Diabetic patients also have the leg pain. Arthritis patients are the main suffers of leg pain. Calcium deficiency is an important cause of leg pain. Using the high healed chapel, continues walking for long distance cause leg pain.

Chronic leg pain may be related with low blood volume and lack of exercise to the logs. If it is muscular or nervous it might be due to unseen spinal injury. Try maintaining good posture andwalking straight. Don`t wear heels. While sleeping place your legs in a elevated position. Avoid stress.

Real bad leg pain is usually caused by some sort of trauma to the leg. It could also be cause by peripheral arterial disease, or PAD. PAd is caused by blockages in the blood vessels. Sometimes this type of pain can be a warning sign of an upcoming stroke or heart attack.
