This is not a vaginal infection, as long as there is no bad smell or color everything is ok. The discharge is a clear sign that in the next month or so your goat will be going into labor. Don't be worried if your goats get pregnant and this doesn't happen, not all goats excrete discharge while pregnant.

this is sometimes common in animals. but it could also mean that their is an infection and mdicine just like with humans should help clear it up. the vaginal dischagre if it is an infection shoulnot affect the births of the baby lambs and they should be perfectly healthy even if it is an infection. if it persists see a vet

The pregnant goats starts to bag up 1-3 weeks prior to kidding. A sound of gross would be heard. It could be the starting symptom of swelling of vaginal part which on acute case causes vaginal discharge.

Could be a Piometra (miscarrige) it's better that you call your local vet to check the goat. A pimometra is an infection of the uterus, if the goat has this she will most likely have to do a surgery to have an historectomy (take out the ovaries + uterus).
