Anaplasmosis is a bacterial infection transmitted to the dog through the bite of an infected tick. It can be treated with antibiotics. Use a monthly flea/tick product (Frontline) for prevention.

This is a bacterial disease with similar symptoms to Lyme. It's carried by ticks and can also affect horses, deer, and people. It can be diagnosed with a simple blood test by your vet that will give results within 15 minutes (the snap test). It's treatable with antibiotics.

This is an infectious disease caused by the anaplasma bacteria with is carried by deer ticks. The bacteria lives inside white blood cells. Signs of this disease are high fever, swollen, painful joints and lethargy. They will not eat well and may cry when they try to move. Also vomitting and diahhrea are signs.

anaplasmosis is a disease caused be the anaplasama bacteria. It mainly exist in the white blood cells & may cause alot of problems in both cats & dogs. It is very difficult to determine when a pet suffers from such a disease.
