What is an inequality of 7,000 and 110,000?

7,000 < 110,000 is an example of an inequality of 7,000 and 110,000. To set up an inequality, write the two numbers side by side with a bit of space in between. Then determine which number is larger. You draw the inequality sign with the pointed side away from the larger number in between the numbers.

In inequality is just a mathematical expression where the 2 sides are not equal. In this case, you could do something like 7,000 < (which means is less than) 110,000.
