There is no standard for a prenuptial agreement. You could include any property that you currently own. Possessions in the future don't count.

If either spouse receives an inheritance, it shall not be held as joint property for division during divorce. If there are children and one spouse gives up work to stay home with them, she shall receive a sum of $20,000 per year for lost wages or in lieu of alimony.

State that debts acquired during the marriage will be the responsibility of the person whose name is on the title. For example, the person whose name is on the car title must pay the car note.
