I would look at the speech "Charles Foster Kane Campaigns for Governor," as there are tons of fallacies and bias in this one. He demonstrates bias right off the bat towards the current governor, Jim Gettys, by labelling his rule as an 'evil domination. ' Basically, it's opinion and not supported by facts.

One famous speech in Citizen Kane is his campaign speech for governor. He makes a lot of references to indicate that he has a bias for the working man, probably because that was the general readership of his newspapers and his potential voter base.

From what I know from the speech there is no example of bias that is used in the speech. There were several speeches in the movie so there may be a shorter speech that may have bias in it.

There is a mention about hating of a certain race and creed while they are commanding them for their hard work efforts. This is one of the many examples of this speech.
