The total sentence you recieve depends on where you are charged and previous criminal charges on your record, but the average stands at around 60 days in jail. Prison can be expected if you have previous negligence crimes or injury occured.

Yes prison time is normal for child endangerment sentence. Do not be surprised if you get a lot of jail time also. First you have to be convicted of the crime.

Yes, Jail time is normal. It depends on the details of what you did to the child but it's up to one year in county jail and quite possibly a nice sized fine, or two to six years in PRISON. It depends on the circumstances on the case and how endangered the children were.

N o the prison time can't be normal because prison is a prison, then how can it be normal, and if a child is in the prison then it would be the worst part of his life. The judiciory grant small period of time to the children. Their period is not for their lifetime.
