Used in the UK, this allows Commonwealth citizens who have a grandparent born in UK, Channel Islands or The Isle of Man to work in the UK for 5 yrs. You need full birth certificates for yourself and the grandparent, and must apply in your country of residency.

People who are at least 17, live in a commonwealth country and have a grandparent who was born in Great Britain may apply for this initial 5-year work visa. More types of jobs are open to people holding an ancestry visa than those holding other temporary work visas. Call the nearest British Consulate for more information.
