Panama has extremes in wealth and poverty. The urban areas are fairly modern with a lot of new home development, much of which is poured concrete with various exterior treatments. The typical home is a a one-level "box" style on a large lot.

Well in Panama you could see the most well built and luxurious houses and also houses owned by poor people. Normally there are single story houses.

It is Spanish style, with tile roof, white walls, and beautiful wooden windows. The weather is quite tropical, most of the homes have an internal central patio with surrounding corridors.
