Sounds reducing landscaping is not too difficult. There are a few things that can be done. You can build a stone wall or a wooden fence. If you prefer to use plants you can use tall bushes to create a barrier or large palm trees planted very closely to each other.

Since sounds bounce off solid objects, planting trees or shrubs between your home and the noise you wish to deaden is probably the easiest and cheapest way of sound-reducing landscaping.
