There are many pills marked MP, as this is a code used by a couple drug companies such as Mutual Pharmaceutical and Manchester Pharmaceuticals. There should be more letters or numbers on the pill to allow for more accurate identification. MP 146 is atenolol, MP 273 is phentermine, MP 303 is spironolactone. There are many, many more possibilities.

I am sorry, but you have not provided enough information. There should be NUMBERS on the pill as well, please supply those. In the meantime look at images of Atenolol, albuterol (in pill form) acetaminophen/codeine, carisoprodol, cyclobenzaprine, lorazepam, metformin, metoclopromide, minoxidil, spironolactone. Those are all just a few of the possibilities.

A round white pill that is marked up can be several things including an illegal drug. There are several ways to identify the pill. First you can take it to a pharmacy and inquire, second most libraries have a book called the PDR which shows and describes ALL pills.
