This is the descriptive name for a stained glass window in the shape of a flower -- it is typically round ant found at either end of a cathedral. Replicas of rose windows are often available, sometimes through cathedral gift shops, either in glass or print. See the online gift shop for the Washington National Cathedral for some examples.

The Gothic style Rose Window evolved from a round opening known as an oculus. A traditional Rose Window usually incorporates stained glass and can be found in European churches. They are circular and divided into spoked sections. To make one as a craft activity, use black card to make a round, spoked frame and paste coloured cellophane in each section.
