It is a sensor in Toyota which controls the pressure of the evap system. It controls the amount of fluid released to the transmission system. It is near the transmission valve body. If it is not working, you might get bad millage from your car so get it fixed if you have any problem with it.

A pressure control solenoid is the thing that decides how much transmission fluid is going to be in your transmission at one time. It is usually located in the transmission valve body, Transmission Control Unit, or transmission control module.
